Red Roof Inn Hardeeville

Stopped in for an overnight stay. Room was clean, easy check/in and check out! We happened to be next to some rowdy neighbors but not the hotel’s fault! Would go back for sure!

The staff was rude. After staying two nights in a room at this property, the 3rd night the hotel our money and would not rent to us due to our dogs. They stated we did not tell them about our dogs, but it says they are pet friendly and they never ask about our dogs. Why would they allow us to stay after one night if our dogs was a problem. We also booked and paid for a smoking room, and they would not place us in a smoking room. They should not advertise smoking rooms if none are available. We did not smoke in the room as advised by the property manager, but they reported to ******* that we did. Don’t advertise something that’s not available. I want what I pay for. They took our money the 3rd night and refused to rent to us after allowing us to book on *******. The manager is rude that’s on duty at night. I don’t recommend their business to anyone, and I will report them to the BBB.

It was both perfect and terrible ! We had people doing Karaoke in Spanish until 4:00 am in the room next or very close to us. 😤

On the surface it looks clean but it really needs a deep clean. If you have dust allergy it is not good.

It was cheap, an older property but could use some improvements, could hear a racket next door and smell someone smoking pot. Not a very nice area. will not stay there again.

No issues was driving to Disney we picked this as a midway stop Very inexpensive did its job comfy beds

Rooms need repair. Condition is old and neglected. Towels were terrible. There were hair left on the bed sheets. As the owner or manager you need to convince yourself first that you are content to sleep in those rooms before you expect your guests do the same.

I chose this hotel based on the 7.8 star rating. The first concern was the guests gathered outside drinking however that was minor. Check in was sufficient however when i went to the room it was dirty and smelled like beer and vomit. Very unkept and far over rated i immediately left and booked a room at a newer hotel for the night. No refunds were offered.

Good value for money. The property itself is very old but cared for. Cats and kittens everywhere. Rooms were clean and spacious. Appears that many migrant workers live here. No restaurants around
